The Medical Laboratory Science Undergraduate Program became accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) in 1976. Join us as we celebrate the past, present, and future of the medical laboratory sciences profession and commemorate 50 years of educating the next generation of clinical laboratory professionals!

Our celebratory event will include remarks from NAACLS Board President Karen A. Brown, MS, MASCP, MLS(ASCP)CM. Karen is also an American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Representative and an Adjunct Professor in our MLS program. We are excited to welcome Nathan H. Johnson, PhD, DLM(ASCP), MASCP, MLS(ASCP), SC, SLS, CC(NRCC), as our keynote speaker for the event. Finger foods and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
