Once you're done with the form, press "register & checkout", unless you want to register another person, in which case use the "register & add attendee" button. The conference registration fee covers the coffee breaks and lunch at the conference venue on Friday 10/16 and Saturday 10/17. The banquet fee covers dinner on Saturday 10/17. Spouses that are not attending the conference but that wish to attend the banquet do not need to pay the registration fee. Invited speakers are dispensed of the registration fee, but not of the banquet fee, if they wish to attend.
